摘要

介绍了新能源车身四门和顶盖在涂装车间的生产工艺验证和涂装质量控制,从支架、喷涂仿形、外观质量、色差、质量缺陷解决等方面进行了论述。

Abstract

The production process verification and coating quality control of four doors and top cover of new energy body in coating workshop are introduced,and the support,spraying copying,appearance quality,color difference and quality defect solving are discussed.
