摘要

薄膜前处理是涂装前处理过程中替代磷化的一种绿色环保前处理工艺,薄膜成相比于传统磷化成膜更细密更薄,其防腐性能在国内尚未经过市场的长期验证。本文针薄膜前处理工艺技术进行初步探究,包含配套电泳后的产品性能研究及对线体的设计、设备需求及线体工艺维护的研究。

Abstract

Thin film pretreatment is a green and environment-friendly pretreatment process that replaces phosphating in the coating pretreatment process.Compared with traditional phosphating,the film is finer and thinner,and its anti-corrosion performance has not been verified by the market for a long time in China.In this paper,a preliminary exploration of the pre-treatment technology of the needle film is carried out,including the research on the product performance after electrophoresis and the research on the design of the thread body,equipment requirements and thread body process maintenance.
