摘要

目前水性钢结构轻防腐涂料已在市场上有广泛的应用,产品体系基本固定,但各单一体系产品在干燥性、闪锈抑制性、防腐性等方面均有一定的优、缺点.本文通过对钢结构轻防腐常见树脂体系研究,采用化学改性的方式制备水性环氧改性醇酸树脂、水性丙烯酸改性环氧酯树脂、水性丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂,综合树脂优势,有效改进了单一水性醇酸树脂的防腐性、水性环氧酯的干性、丙烯酸乳液的闪锈抑制性.

Abstract

At present,the water-based steel structure light embalming coatings have been widely used in the market and the product system is basically fixed,but each single system product has some advantages and disadvantages in terms of dryness,rust inhibition,embalming.By studying the common resin system of light anti-corrosion of steel structure,the waterborne epoxy modified alkyd resin,waterborne acrylic modified epoxy ester resin and waterborne acrylic modified alkyd resin were prepared by chemical modification,and the advantages of resin were integrated to improved the corrosion protection of single aqueous alkoxide resins,the stemness of aqueous epoxy esters,and the flash rust inhibition of acrylic emulsions.
