摘要

通过对汽车车身表面面漆涂层橘皮的分析研究,确定引起面漆橘皮缺陷的主要因素是车身电泳底材粗糙、油漆分层膜厚不均匀、油漆湿膜流平不充分和油漆漆膜烘干速率过快等.生产线采取提高车身电泳底材粗糙度、优化油漆分层膜厚、延长油漆湿膜流平时间和调整油漆漆膜烘干速率等措施,改善了涂装面漆涂层橘皮问题,有效提升了汽车车身涂装外观质量.

Abstract

This article analyzes and summarizes the coating orange peel of automotive topcoats,and clarifies that the main sources of coating orange peel are the rough substrate of the car body steel plate,the uneven layer thickness of the paint,the insufficient leveling of the wet paint film,and the excessive drying rate of the paint film.The production site adopts measures such as improving the roughness of the body steel plate,optimizing plate layer thickness,extending paint wet film leveling time,and adjusting the drying rate of paint film,improved the coating orange peel problem,effectively improve the appearance quality of automobile body painting.
