摘要

简述了一种汽车涂装车间烘干设备运行过程中实现节能减排的基本方法和原理,并且通过实际工程案例,列举计算了其车间内部烘干设备在生产过程中采用该方法后的节能减排效果.计算结果显示:烘干设备采用节能模式不仅能够明显降低相应设备的生产运营成本,同时可以显著减少车间生产过程中的碳排放,具有很好的经济效益和环保效益.

Abstract

Basic method and principle of energy saving mod for the oven in the automobile industry were introduced.We list and calculate the energy saving and emission reduction effect of the oven in the workshop during production through a practical engineering case.The calculation results show that the energy-saving mode of the oven can not only significantly reduce the production and operation cost of corresponding equipment,but also significantly reduce the carbon emission in the production process of the workshop,which has good economic and environmental benefits.
