摘要

研究了自动液体喷砂处理工艺参数对航空发动机涡轮转子叶片材料基体厚度和叶片曲面的影响,分析了喷砂处理零件材料基体去除量测量方法的准确性,并采用叶片类多轴旋转超速测量机采集喷砂处理前后叶片曲面参数,导入CAD标准数模,在软件中进行数模整体比对形成色差图,直观体现了叶片曲面形状在喷砂处理后的变化情况.

Abstract

This paper studies the influence of the process parameters of automatic liquid sand blasting on the thickness of the material substrate and the surface of the blade of the turbine rotor blade of aero-engine,analyzes the accuracy of the method for measuring the amount of material substrate removed after sandblasting,collects the surface parameters of the blade before and after sandblasting by blade multi-axis rotating overspeed measuring machine,imports the CAD standard digital mode,forms a chromatography in the software by comparing different digital models,which intuitively reflects the change of the surface shape of blade after sandblasting.
