摘要

为了获得摄影级照片、艺术级图案、个性化色彩等复杂汽车车身涂装设计方案,将UV油墨打印技术应用于汽车涂装工艺过程中。采用UV油墨打印代替汽车车身涂装过程中的色漆工艺,新的涂装工艺为电泳及烘干、中涂喷涂及烘干、UV油墨打印、清漆喷涂及烘干。根据新工艺,制作了油漆样板,并进行了测试。由样板试验结果可知:UV油墨打印膜厚为135~150μm,漆膜整体膜厚为200~240μm;UV油墨打印60°光泽为19.6%,20°为2.3%,喷涂清漆后60°光泽为97.9%,20°为88.9%;UV油墨打印及喷涂清漆后的附着力均为0级;整体漆膜耐盐雾试验1 000 h后无异常;耐温变67 2 h后,保光率达到88.6%。

Abstract

In order to obtain complex car body painting design schemes such as photographic photos,artistic patterns,and personalized styles,UV ink printing technology is applied to the car body painting process.UV ink printing is used to replace the base-coat process in the car body painting process.The new painting process is ED and drying,primer-coat spraying and drying,UV ink printing,clear-coat spraying and drying.Base on the new paint process,the paint templates were made and tested.According to the test results,the UV ink printing film thickness is about 135〜150μm,and the overall film thickness is 200〜240 μm;the UV ink printing gloss is 19.6%at 60°and 2.3%at 20°,the overall film gloss is 97.9%at 60°,88.9%at 20°;UV ink printing film adhesion and overall film adhesion are both level 0.The overall paint film has no abnormality after 1000 hours of salt spray test,and has no unusual after 672 hours of temperature resistance,the gloss retention rate is 88.6%.
