摘要

介绍了新能源汽车涂装水性B1B2工艺外观质量控制难点,通过对现场某款车型的外观参数调整对比及外观质量验证,详细介绍了底材、B1、B2及CC的不同膜厚对外观的影响分析,最终找到了较为理想的工艺参数.

Abstract

This paper introduces the difficulties in appearance quality control of waterborne B1B2 coating process for new energy vehicles.Through the comparison of appearance parameters adjustment and appearance quality verification of a certain model on site,the influence analysis of substrates,different film thicknesses of B1,B2 and CC on appearance is introduced in detail.Finally,the process of more ideal process parameters is found.
