摘要

针对一次汽车双组分清漆缩孔的案例,介绍了缩孔问题排查和解决的过程,最终锁定清漆隔膜泵润滑脂为缩孔产生的真因,并制定了长期有效的预防措施.

Abstract

The investigation process and solution were introduced for a particular crater case on automobile clear coat.The lubricant of clear coat membrane pump was confirmed as the true reason.Afterwards,a series of effective long-term measures were implemented.
