摘要

聚脲涂料作为一种新型绿色无污染便捷施工技术在工程防水防腐中应用越来越广泛,国外聚脲材料在汽车方面应用也很多,但是国内除少量高端皮卡货箱中有应用外,在汽车领域少有应用.本文介绍了采用纳米改性脂肪族聚脲在车辆车顶的应用,不仅可以起到防水防腐的效果,还具有隔热、阻尼降噪的功能,减少了VOC的排放,降低了传统面漆烘烤的能耗.

Abstract

As a new green,pollution-free,and convenient construction technology,polyurea coating is increasingly widely used for waterproofing and anti-corrosion in engineering.In China,polyurea materials are much less widely employed in automobiles than abroad.For example,only a small number of high-end pickup trucks in China adopt such materials.This paper investigates the utilization of the nano-modified aliphatic polyurea in the roofs of vehicles,which can not only be waterproof and prevent corrosion but also insulate the heat and reduce noises.Additionally,the application can reduce the emission of VOC and reduce the energy consumption of traditional topcoat baking.
