通过对某车型A柱进水问题进行调查,采用淋雨测试找到进水点,针对进水点从外至内进行逐层分析,提出了该问题的设计及工艺改进要求,并总结了该类进水问题的流程处理,为其他同类问题的处理及新车型的开发提供经验参考,提升整体密封性能.

The article investigates and analyzes water ingress problem of a certain car model at the A-pillar.It finds the water inlet point through the rain test and analyzes them from the outside part to the inside part.Finally,the design and process improvement requirements of the problem are proposed.In addition,the article summarizes the process of handling this type of water ingress problem,providing experience reference for other similar problem handling and the development of new models,and improving the overall sealing performance.
