摘要

在阴极电泳中经常出现电泳漆膜冲击爆裂问题,本文通过分析磷化膜性能确定磷化槽体最佳施工参数,最终提升电泳漆膜耐冲击性能,使其产品持续、稳定地满足性能要求.

Abstract

The impact cracking problem of electrophoresis paint film often occurs in cathode electrophoresis,this paper determines the best construction parameters of phosphating tank by analyzing the performance of phosphating film,and finally improves the impact resistance of electrophoresis paint film,making its products continue,stable performance requirements.
