摘要

主要探讨了高温烘烤对有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂膜应用性能的影响,通过试验验证,发现不同有机硅改性对丙烯酸树脂涂料的耐老化性能影响有较大不同.分别采用硅氧烷单体、乙烯基硅氧烷、甲基三氯硅烷、聚乙烯基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷制备水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂,结果表明,有机硅改性丙烯酸树指涂料的抗烘烤性能为:聚乙烯基硅氧烷=聚二甲基硅氧烷>乙烯基硅氧烷>甲基三氯硅烷>硅氧烷单体.

Abstract

The influence of high temperature baking on the application performance of silicone modified acrylic resin coatings film was discussed.Through the test verification,it was found that different silicone modified acrylic resin coatings performance presented a great difference in weatherability.The water-based silicone modified acrylic resin was prepared by siloxane monomer,vinyl siloxane,methyl trichlorosilane,polyvinyl siloxane and polydimethyl siloxane respectively.The results showed that the sequence of baking resistance of silicone modified acrylic coatings was polyvinyl siloxane=polydimethyl siloxane > vinyl siloxane > methyl trichlorosilane > siloxane monomer.
