In order to solve the problems of waste of shot and high energy consumption in the process of shot blasting for construction machinery structural parts,the shot blasting process for structural parts,including time control,control of on/off of shot-throwing motor and specified hanging process was investigated to effectively improve the efficiency of shot blasting process and achieve the energy saving and consumption reduction of shot blasting of equipment.
