摘要

基于某汽车涂装车间3C1B一次套色工艺改造项目,列举在调试和生产爬坡过程中产生和发现的问题,并对其产生原因和解决方法进行介绍和阐述.

Abstract

Regarding the 3C1B single chromatic coating renovation project in the painting workshop of a car manufacturer,the main defects was found during the project debugging and production upgrading,the root-causes and countermeasures were discussed in detail.
