摘要

在涂装空调系统中,盘管控制的优化可以在提高生产环境稳定性的同时节约能源.根据空调盘管控制的基本原理,分析了经典PID控制法和智能神经网络控制法的原理及特点,并提出了基于盘管控制精确模型的控制方法,对涂装车间空调盘管的精准控制具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract

The optimization of ASU coil control can save energy while improving the stability of the production environment in painting workshop.Based on the principle of ASU coil control,the classic PID control method and the intelligent neural network control method were analyzed,and a control method based on accurate coil control model was proposed.The results could benefit the accurate control of the ASU coil in the painting workshop.
