摘要

从同线体车型共用、多车型工艺可行性、操作使用性等方面阐述了涂装工装辅具的设计理念,结合某汽车公司涂装辅助工装的实际应用,简单介绍了涂装工装辅具的开发设计过程和应用案例.

Abstract

The design concept of auxiliary tools for painting tooling were described,in terms of sharing of bodies on the same line,process feasibility of multiple models,and operation,etc.Combined with the actual application of auxiliary tools for painting tooling in an automobile manufacturer,the development and design process and application case of auxiliary tools for painting tooling were briefly introduced.
