摘要

电泳涂装产品性能的好坏最终通过电泳漆膜性能体现,因此在电泳涂装结束后需要对涂膜各项性能进行检测以验证漆膜品质.车架电泳涂装结束后,现场需要对电泳涂膜膜厚、附着力、外观、光泽等性能进行检测,电泳漆膜的表面粗糙问题直接影响产品外观.本文通过气相色谱、SEM等检测手段,对车架电泳漆膜表面粗糙问题进行分析,找到电泳漆膜表面粗糙的原因并提出相应的解决措施.

Abstract

The properties of electrophoretic coated products can be reflected in the properties of electrophoretic coatings film,so it is necessary to test the properties of coatings film after the end of electrophoretic coating to verify its quality.After the electrophoretic coating on frame is finished,the thickness,adhesion,appearance and other properties of the electrophoretic coatings film need to be tested on site.The surface roughness of electrophoretic coatings on frame was analyzed by means of gas chromatography and SEM,and the cause of the surface roughness was found and countermeasures was proposed.
