Through reviewing the electrostatic coating process for ABS plastics workpiece,various existing coating process workflows were analyzed,aiming at energy conservation and reduction of carbon footprints,exploration of innovation of coating processes and mist-dip conductive coating process workflow.It was expected that the new process will fully explore the potentials of energy saving and reduction of carbon footprint of robot electrostatic bell spraying and successfully find its application in industry.
