摘要

机器人喷涂因其便捷高效等优点,目前已经广泛应用于涂装生产线中.机器人连同喷漆室其他关联设备主要座落于钢结构之上,确保钢结构的稳定性是满足连续生产的重要前提.本文以某项目的机器人外喷站为例,通过介绍设备的结构特点,提出了合理的简化计算模型,并对钢平台的受力进行有效的分解组合,从满足钢结构材料性能及满足机器人工艺性能两个角度,验证了钢结构的稳定性,对后续类似工程相似结构的设计、验证及优化具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract

Robot spraying has been widely used in coating production lines because of its convenience and efficiency.The robot and other related equipment in the spray booth are mainly sitting on the steel structure.Ensuring the stability of the steel structure is an important prerequisite for continuous production.In this article a robot spraying station of a certain project was taken as an example.Based on the structural characteristics of the equipment,a reasonable simplified calculation model was proposed,and the force applied on the steel platform was effectively divided and combined.The stability of the steel structure was verified in terms of two aspects,namely meeting the requirements of steel structure material performance as well as the robot application technology,which provided some guidance for the design,verification and optimization of similar structures in subsequent similar projects.
