摘要
介绍了车内焊缝密封胶的常规尺寸控制要求及改进目标.通过前期的调研及分析,制定了分级改进方案.借鉴了整车厂OpEx问题解决方法,采用了数据分布图、5 Why分析、直方图等工具,最终通过优化涂胶轨迹、精益化仿形及工艺参数等5个方面,有效实现了涂胶尺寸的精益控制,节约了密封胶用量,降低了单车成本.
Abstract
The conventional size control requirements and improvement objectives of interior weld sealant in vehicle was introduced.By preliminary investigation and analysis,a graded improvement procedure was set up.The vehicle factory OpEx tools were learned such as data distribution chart,5 Why analysis and histogram.By optimizing the gluing path,lean profiling and process parameters,the lean control of gluing size was realized,the amount of sealant was saved and the cost per vehicle was reduced.
