摘要

制备了一种含氟硅中间体,并对UV固化含氟丙烯酸酯涂料进行相应改性。中间体富含C-F与Si-O结构,提升了含氟UV固化聚丙烯酸酯树脂的力学性能、耐高温性能和耐水煮性能,并降低了涂料固化薄膜的折射率,拓展了UV固化含氟丙烯酸酯树脂的应用领域。

Abstract

The fluorine containing silicon intermediate was prepared,and the UV curing fluorine containing acrylate coatings were modified accordingly.The intermediate is rich in C-F and Si-O structure,which improves the mechanical properties,high temperature resistance and boiling resistance of the fluorinated UV curable polyacrylate resin,and reduces the refractive index of the cured film.The invention expanded the application field of UV curing fluorinated acrylate resin.
