摘要

以树脂、固化剂为主要成膜物质,搭配使用不同种类的阻燃剂,制备了轨道车辆用新型防火粉末涂料。介绍了防火粉末涂料的阻燃机理,研究了各种阻燃剂对防火粉末涂料性能的影响,通过EN45545-2的防火认证,达到远高于HL3等级的防火性能。

Abstract

The new fireproof powder coatings for railway vehicles were prepared with resin and curing agent as the main film forming materials and different flame retardants.The flame retardant mechanism of fireproof powder coatings were introduced,the effects of various flame retardants on the performance of fireproof powder coatings were tested,and the fireproof performance of HL3 level was achieved by the fireproof of EN45545-2.
