基于汽车产品项目经验和车漆日常研发工作过程,对整车车身颜色开发管理的工作方向和目的、工作开展方式和内容、多部门协同推进等相关事项进行研究和探讨,通过搭建流程框架,分析实际运行时面临的问题,进行具体的工作责任分工,并明确交付物及量化要求,实现对整车产品颜色开发和应用的流程化管控。

Based on the project experience and the daily development of car painting,the direction,purpose,methods and contents and multi-sectoral cooperation of the color management were researched and discussed.By building the process framework,the problems in the actual operation were analyzed,and the specific division of responsibilities was carried out,and the deliverables and quantitative requirements were clarified,so as to realize the color control of the development and application of the vehicle products.
