摘要

基于环保达标性和外观优势,现场导入酸环氧清漆,但其贮存稳定性不佳,黏度会随着贮存时间延长而升高,进而使得外观下降、VOC上升。针对贮存增黏问题,系统分析了产生原理,并进一步对贮存增黏控制和系统中低更新率酸环氧清漆处置进行了说明。

Abstract

Acid epoxy clear coatings was introduced because of VOC satisfiability and appearance advantage,however its poor storage stability leads to a typical tackify problem.As time goes on,the viscosity of acid epoxy clear coat would become higher,so the appearance may get worse to some degree as well as VOC.To address this issue,the tackify mechanism was analyzed,the control of storage adhesion and low renewal rate acid epoxy varnish in the system were further explained.
