摘要

通过采用激光刻型技术在典型样件进行刻型及化铣加工,阐述激光刻型技术应用中关键参数激光刻型速率及激光强度参数的控制方法,实现既要刻透化铣保护胶又不损伤材料基体;解决激光束烧蚀对化铣保护胶及化铣工艺的参数影响问题,满足激光刻型后化铣尺寸精度控制要求。

Abstract

The laser engraving and chemical milling of typical sample parts were used.The control method of the key parameters of laser cutting speed and laser intensity in laser cutting technology was described.The influence of laser beam ablation on the parameters of chemical milling protective adhesive and process were solved.
