摘要

镍镀层及其合金镀层作为功能性镀层,应用较为广泛,研究其不合格镀层的返修具有非常重要的意义。本文主要介绍镍镀层、化学镀镍层、镍镉扩散层的用途及不合格镀层的退除方法。

Abstract

Nickel coating and its alloy coating are widely used as functional coating,and it is very important to study the repair of unqualified coatings.The use of nickel coating,Ni-P alloy and Ni-Cd diffusion layer and several methods of removing unqualified coatings were introduced.
