摘要

系统分析了铁道车辆涂装层结构,包括车辆基体、底漆涂层、腻子涂层、中间涂层和面漆涂层,形成体系后产生的质量问题根本原因,并提供了系统解决方案。

Abstract

The painting layer structures of railway vehicles were analyzed, including the vehicle substrate,primer painting, putty painting, intermediate painting and topcoat painting. the root causes of quality problems after forming the system were introduced, and the system solution for quality problems were provided.
