摘要

通过对漆膜形成过程的机理分析,揭示了漆层在干燥成膜过程中起泡形成的主要原因。通过采取严格控制漆层厚度、添加慢干稀释剂、延长底面漆喷涂时间间隔、提高操作技能等措施,有效解决了漆层起泡问题。

Abstract

The main reason of blistering in the process of drying film was revealed by analyzing the mechanism of paint film formation.The blistering problem was effectively solved by strictly controlling the thickness of paint film,adding slow drying diluent,prolonging the time interval of bottom paint spraying and improving operation skills.
