摘要

以环氧改性有机硅树脂为成膜物,锌粉为阳极牺牲性材料,添加防腐蚀抑制剂三聚磷酸铝、钼酸锌,滑石粉、云母粉为阻障性填料,金属螯合物为高溫成链剂,制备了可长期耐600℃的防腐蚀涂料。研究了各种填料、锌粉以及金属螯合物对涂层附着力和耐腐蚀性的影响,并对底材处理工艺进行了考察。

Abstract

The epoxy modifed silicone resin as binder,the zinc powder as anode sacrificial material,aluminum tripolyphosphate and zinc molybdate as corrosion inhibitors,talcum powder and mica powder as barrier fllers,and metal chelate compound as high-temperature chain-forming agents,the anti-corrosion coatings with long-term resistance of 600℃ was prepared.The effects of various fllers,zinc powder and metal chelate compound on the adhesion and corrosion resistance of coatings were studied,and the substrate treatment process was investigalted.
