摘要

采用高速分散机分散共混的方法,制备了不同氟碳含量改性的高弹氟碳丙烯酸防水涂料,探讨了氟碳乳液对丙烯酸防水涂料涂层黏站强度、拉伸强度、断裂拉伸率、不透水性等性能的影响。结果表明:随着氟碳乳液合量的增大,涂层断梨伸长率峰值达676.29%,涂层拉伸强度逐渐增大,最大值达0.802MPa,说明氟碳乳液对涂层强度具有增强作用。

Abstract

The method of dispersing and blending with high-speed disperser was used to prepare acrylic waterprof coating modified with dfferent fluorocarbon content,and the influence of fluorocarbon emulsion on the adhesive strength,tensile strength,breaking elongation,impermeability and other properties of acrylic waterproof coating.The result manifest that with the increase of the fluorocarbon emulsion content,the breaking elongation of the coating reaches 676.29%,and the tensile strength of the coating gradually increases,with the maximum value reaching 0.802 MPa,indicating that the fluouocarbon emulsion can cenhnce the strength of the coating.
