摘要

综述了我国自建国以来航空飞行器外表面防护涂层技术发展经历的4个阶段过程;对比国外同类型产品的发展概况,以PPG公司和Akzo Nobel公司的相关航空特种涂层材料产品为例,针对目前国内航空飞行器外表面防护涂层技术存在的缺陷和未来发展方向进行了分析,对我国未来航空涂料的发展提出了一些看法;从军用和民用两个应用方向,分别讨论了不同功能涂层材料的使用特点,主要对涂层的耐沾污性、长效耐候性、环保特性以及减阻、减重等方面进行了剖析,针对性地论述了军用和民用飞行器外表面涂层未来发展趋势。

Abstract

The four-stage proces of the development of protective caing technology on the outer surface of aerospace vehicles in China since the founding of the People's Republic of China was summarized.Compared with the development status of similar foreign products,taking the relevant aviation special coating material products of PPG and Akzo Nobel as examples,aiming at the defects and future development directions of domestic aviation aircraft outer surface protective coating technology were analyzed,and some ideas were put forward for the development of China's future aviation coatings.From the two application directions of military and civil aircraft,the use characteristics of different functional coating materials were discussed respectively,the pollution resistance,long-term weather resistance,environmental protection characterstics,resistance reduction and weight reduction were analyzí,and the future development trend of the outer surface coating of military and civil aircraft were discussed.
