摘要

以水性羟基丙烯酸分散体为成膜物,制备了施工性良好的水性双组分聚氨酯涂料。详细讨论了水性羟基丙烯酸树脂、聚异氧酸酯固化剂、消泡剂、流变助剂对片散淋涂施工性的影响。结果表明:选用活化期长、加水量适中、性能优异的高羟水性丙烯酸树脂,搭配HDI/IPDI为1:1聚异氰酸酯固化剂,可得到活化期为8h的聚氨酯涂料;聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂和有机硅消泡剂按1:3搭配,流变助剂选用无机类凹凸棒土搭配缔合型聚氢酯增稠剂得到的聚氨酯涂料在片散淋涂施工性良好。

Abstract

The two-component waterbome polyurethane coatings with good workability were prepared by using walerborne hydroxyacrylic acid dispersions as flm formers.The effects of waterborne hydroxy acrylic resin,polyisocyanate curing agent,defoaming agent and rheological addive on the painting properies of panel-type radialtor were discussed in delail.The results showed when choosing the high hydroxyl waterborme acrylic resin with long activation period,moderate waler supply and exellent performance,combined with HDI/IPDI as 1:1 polyisoceyanate curing agent,the polyurethane coating with 8 hours activation period were obtained.When the polyether modifed silicone and silicone defoaming agent was 1:3,inorganic concave and convex rod soil was the rheological agent,associated polyurethane was thickener,the obtained polyurethane coating had good performance in the panel-type radiator spraying.
