摘要

用汽车整车强化腐蚀试验方法,考察不同工艺制备的电泳梯度膜厚试板及面漆试板的耐腐蚀性能。试板制备过程中选用多种车身外板材料和前处理工艺进行组合验证,对制备的电泳及面漆试板进行汽车整车强化腐蚀试验,并对试验验证结果进行分析和探讨,为认识不同车身材料涂装涂膜耐腐蚀性能提供参考。

Abstract

The corosion resistance of electrophoretic gradient film thickness samples and finish samples prepared by dfferent processes were investigated by using the enhanced corrosion test method of automobile.During the preparation of the lest panel,a variety of body outer panel materials and pretreatment processes were selected for combined verification.The prepared electrophoretic test panel and finish test panel were subjected to the vehicle enhanced corrosion test,and the test verification results were analyzed and discussed,so as to provide reference for understanding the corosion resistance of coating films of diferent body materials.
