摘要

通过对电泳漆膜中颗粒来源、白车身洁净度控制、白车身上除铁粉能力、槽液除铁粉能力及其他相关因素进行分析,从工艺规划、设备配置和日常生产控制等方面进行措拖改进。

Abstract

Through analyzing aspecls such as paricle sources in the electrophoresis paint film,cleanliness control of the body-inwhite,removal iron powder ability in car body,removal iron powder ability in bath liquid,the measures were improved from aspects of process planning,equipment configuration and daily production control.
