摘要

简单介绍了双枪加热喷涂的工艺特点,研究了双枪喷涂工艺对无溶剂环氧涂料在施工性、配方设计方面的要求,重点研究了双枪加热喷涂对涂料触变体系、消泡体系的搭配选择。无溶剂环氧涂料的性能参数需匹配现场的施工工艺,满足高温下的抗流挂性能要求。

Abstract

The technological characteristics of double-gun heating spraying were introduced,and the requirements of double-gun spraying technology on the workability and formulation design of solventless epoxy coatings were studied.The emphasis was on the choice of coating thixotropie system and defoaming system by double-gun heating spraying.The performance parameters of solvent-free epoxy coatings need to match the on-site construction process l0 meet the anti-sagging performance at high temperatures.
