摘要

水性涂料在施工后经历台风降雨出现涂层起泡现象,通过分析涂层起泡的原因,制定涂层漫水试验方案,研究涂层厚度、覆涂间隔、表面处理状态、固化时间等因素对涂层起泡的影响,并提出水泡缺陷修复方案以及预防措施。

Abstract

The blistering phenomenon of waterbome coatings after strong typhoon and rainfall were described.The effects of coating thickness,over-coating interval,surface treatment and curing time on coating blistering were studied,the causes of coating blistering were analyzed,and the repair scheme and preventive measures of blistering defects were pointed out.
