摘要

通过含氟硅烷改性制备耐磨聚氨酯树脂,引入氟元素,在保持聚氨酯耐磨性的基础上,可以很大程度上提高树脂的耐紫外老化性能和抗沾污性能.研究了氟含量对涂层耐磨性、耐紫外线性能以及抗沾污性能的影响,结果表明:当氟含量在总树脂体系中达到15%时,树脂涂层兼具良好的耐磨、耐紫外老化以及抗沾污性能,树脂的整体性能最优.

Abstract

In this paper,the wear-resistant polyurethane resin was prepared by fluorine-containing silane modification.The uhraviolet aging resistance and anti-fouling performance of the resin were greatly improved by introducing fluorine element.The effect of fluorine content on the wear resistance,UV resistance and anti-fouling properties of the coating was investigated.The results showed that when the fluorine content reached a certain amount in the total resin system,the resin coating had both good wear-resistance and UV aging resistance and anti-fouling performance,the overall performance was the best.
