采用硅丙乳液、颜填料和助剂等分别配制分散相与连续相,然后通过造粒和高速分散等工序制得硅丙弹性液态理石漆.分别研究了分散相与连续相中硅丙乳液含量对液态理石漆性能的影响,结果表明:当分散相与连续相中硅丙乳液含量均为8%时,液态理石漆的综合性能最佳;红外分析表明硅丙弹性液态理石漆耐湿热老化性能优良;扫描电镜显示采用硅丙乳液配制的液态理石漆表面平整度优于纯丙乳液.

The dispersive phase and continuous phase were prepared by using silicon-acrylic emulsion,pigments and fillers and additives,and then the silicon-acrylic elastic liquid marble paint was prepared by granulation and high speed dispersion.The effects of the content of silicon-acrylate emulsion in dispersed phase and continuous phase on the properties of liquid pebble paint were studied.The results showed that when the content of silicon-acrylate emulsion in both dispersed phase and continuous phase was 8%,the comprehensive properties of liquid pebble paint were the best.Infrared analysis showed that silicon-propyl elastic liquid marble paint had excellent moisture and heat aging resistance.Scanning electron microscope showed that the surface flatness of liquid marble paint prepared by silicon-acrylic emulsion was better than that of pure acrylic emulsion.
