摘要

在常规亮光漆面喷涂工艺中,车身漆面缺陷可以通过打磨、喷漆、烘烤、抛光实现漆面返修.但是亚光漆面缺陷无法通过常规亮光漆面的修补工艺实现,其主要原因是打磨、抛光会导致亚光漆面失去磨砂质感.通过对喷涂工艺条件的探究,梳理出了一套汽车亚光漆面涂装批量加工的工艺方法.

Abstract

The defect of bodywork with glossy coating is repaired by means of sanding,painting,baking and polishing.However,sanding and polishing will lead to the loss of the matt paint surface frosted texture.By exploring the spraying process conditions,a set of batch processing process of automobile matt coating was sorted out.
