摘要

通过模拟海洋腐蚀气候条件,选用几种常规配套防腐涂料体系,对试验结果进行数据分析,建立在此环境下实验室的评价方法,为今后预测不同防腐体系的使用寿命提供了理论依据.从结果来看,"环氧富锌底漆+环氧云铁中间漆+丙烯酸脂肪族聚氨酯面漆/氟碳面漆"经典的配套体系满足测试设计内容的使用要求,而且该体系作为市场上主流产品,兼顾经济和实用效益.

Abstract

The test results of several conventional anti-corrosion coating systems selected under the simulated marine corrosive climate were analyzed,the laboratory evaluation method in this environment was established,which provided a theory for predicting the service life of different anti-corrosion systems in the future.The results showed that the classic matching system of"epoxy zinc-rich primer+epoxy micaceous iron intermediate paint+acrylic aliphatic polyurethane topcoat/fluorocarbon topcoat"met the requirements of the test design content.Moreover,as a mainstream product on the market,the system takes into account both economic and practical benefits.
