摘要

经过在生产现场对车身电泳漆膜表面出现的缩孔缺陷验证分析,找出了产生电泳漆膜缩孔的主要原因,并成功解决了电泳缩孔质量问题,形成组织记忆力并更新了FMEA库,为后续涂装生产现场电泳漆膜缺陷的发生提供预防措施.

Abstract

After the verification and analysis of the shrinkage defects on the surface of the body electrophoretic paint film at the production site,the main reasons for the shrinkage of the electrophoretic paint film were found out,and the quality problem of the electrophoretic shrinkage was successfully solved,the tissue memory was formed and the FMEA library was updated,which provided preventive measures for the occurrence of electrophoretic paint film defects at the subsequent painting production site.
