The formation mechanism of the phenomenon of fat edges on the paint film surface of automobile passenger cars was introduced.At the same time,the factors that affect the defects of fat edges by combining the spraying process were identified.Through adjusting the spraying parameters and trajectory on site,the effect of solving the fertilizer edge was verified,and effective measures to improve the fertilizer edge were put forward.
