主要介绍了轨道交通车辆构架水性涂料喷涂的工艺技术,结合现场实际情况,对水性涂料在轨道交通车辆构架应用的工艺方案进行研究,分析轨道交通车辆构架水性涂料喷涂工艺的影响因素,并从喷涂工艺方案、员工技能要求、工装工具等方面进行优化,最后对轨道交通车辆构架水性涂料的应用效果进行了评估。

Firstly,the process technology of waterborne coating spraying on rail transit vehicle bogie was introduced,the process scheme of waterborne coating application on rail transit vehicle bogie was studied.Secondly,the influencing factors of waterborne coating spraying process on rail transit vehicle bogie were analyzed,and spraying process was optimized from the aspects of spraying process scheme,staffskill requirements and tooling optimization.Finally,the application effect of waterborne coating for rail transit vehicle bogie was evaluated.
