摘要

以某工程机械用落地式烘箱为研究对象,对烘箱内部速度场进行了数值模拟仿真,揭示了该烘箱的气流组织特性。在此基础上,对其送风系统进行结构优化,保证了其送风均匀性,进一步保证烘箱温度的均匀性,优化效果在改造应用后得到了有效验证.

Abstract

The floor-standing oven for a construction machinery was used as the research object,and the numerical simulation of the internal velocity field of the oven was carried out,and the air distribution characteristics of the oven were revealed.On this basis,the structure of its air supply system was optimized to ensure the uniformity of its air supply and further ensure the uniformity of the oven temperature.The optimization effect has been effectively verified after the transformation and application.
