针对涂层的色差问题,从涂料批次差异、调漆不当、环境湿度超标、油漆喷涂黏度大和干燥方式等方面进行了原因分析。阐述了涂层色差所造成的影响,并从涂料采购、生产批次、过程管控3个方面提出了控制措施,避免色差的产生。

In view of the problem of coating color difference,the reasons were analyzed from the aspects of paint batch difference,inappropriate paint blending,excessive ambient humidity,high paint spray viscosity and drying methods.The influence caused by the color difference of paint layer was expounded,and some control measures were advanced from three aspects of paint purchasing,production batch and process control,so as to avoid the color difference of paint layer.
