摘要

使用桶装电泳加料,存在药剂残留浪费和空桶危废两个典型问题,升级为电泳槽罐车模式可有效实现"0"损耗和"0"危废。针对量产工厂,升级加料模式需系统检讨设备改造与防错设计,规避材料错加和管路堵塞风险。同时,由于现行是以材料质量方式结算,项目探索实践"两主两辅"策略,确保结算的准确性与流程的合规性。分析了现场储罐液位保持长期平衡的方法及异常品质对应方案,为现场精细化管理提出合理建议。

Abstract

There are two typical problems when ED materials are packed in form of plastic drum.The first one is the additional loss because of chemical residue,and the other is empty drums which belong to hazardous waste.Upgrading tanker method to transport ED materials could achieve effectively the goals of zero loss and zero hazardous waste.In order to avoid the risk of adding incorrect materials or blocking pipe,it would need to analysis equipment modification and error proofing systematically for pre-existing painting workshop.Meanwhile,a new strategy was explored to verify the actual pay load because the ED materials were settled by weight,and the purpose was to make sure accuracy and compliance.Finally,some appropriate advice was introduced to guide refinement of management,such as the method of keeping ongoing balance for liquid level of on-site tank,as well as the corresponding solutions to quality abnormity.
