摘要

针对车架涂装生产线的热轧钢板涂膜性能进行研究,比较了薄膜前处理工艺与传统磷化工艺分别配套底面合一阴极电泳涂料的机械性能及防腐性能,并针对车架线涂装的热轧钢板研究比较了不同前处理方式对其耐中性盐雾性能的影响。结果表明:热轧钢板在按照一定前处理方式处理的情况下,薄膜前处理工艺可满足车架涂装的产品技术要求。

Abstract

The performance of hot-rolled steel plate coating film on the frame coating production line was studied,the properties of the film pretreatment process and the traditional phosphation process wer compared with the performance of the substrate integrated cathode electrophoresis coating,and the effects of different pretreatment methods on its neutral salt spray performance were compared.The results showed that the film pretreatment process could meet the technical requirements of the frame coating under certain pretreatment methods.
