摘要

为解决高导电涂层与基材的腐蚀性,负载缓蚀剂导电涂层与基材的腐蚀行为研究尤为重要,可为选材提供依据,为工程化应用提供防腐蚀措施.分别对负载了3种缓蚀剂材料的导电涂层进行人工加速腐蚀试验与电化学试验,来判定导电涂料镀覆层和铝合金之间的腐蚀行为.研究结果表明:中性盐雾试验在宏观上证明了负载缓蚀剂的导电涂层可延缓腐蚀速率,但每种类型的缓蚀剂提高的耐蚀程度并不相同,由试验结果可知,负载铬系缓蚀剂与双电位材料的导电涂层耐蚀性能优于负载了杂环化合物的导电涂层;通过测定3种材料的自腐蚀电位、极化曲线及偶对材料间的电偶腐蚀电流等电化学试验,可得出腐蚀程度由高到低依次为负载杂环化合物导电涂层>负载铬系缓蚀剂导电涂层>负载双电位材料的导电涂层,故双电位材料可作为负载导电涂层材料的最优选择.

Abstract

In order to solve the corrosion of highly conductive coatings and substrates,it is particularly important to study the corrosion behavior of conductive coatings and substrates loaded with corrosion inhibitors,which can provide a basis for material selection and provide anti-corrosion measures for engineering applications.In this paper,artificial accelerated corrosion experiments and electrochemical experiments were carried out on conductive coatings loaded with three kinds of corrosion inhibitor materials to determine the corrosion behavior between conductive coatings and aluminum alloy.The neutral salt spray experiment proved that the conductive coating loaded with corrosion inhibitor can delay the corrosion rate on a macro scale,but the corrosion resistance of each type of corrosion inhibitors was different.The experimental results showed that the corrosion resistance of the conductive coating loaded with chromium corrosion inhibitor and double-potential material was better than that of the conductive coating loaded with heterocyclic compounds.By measuring the selfcorrosion potential,polarization curve,galvanic corrosion current and other electrochemical experiments of the three materials,it could be concluded that the corrosion degree from high to low was the conductive coating loaded with heterocyclic compound>conductive coating loaded with chromium corrosion inhibitor>conductive coating loaded with double-potential material,so the double-potential material can be the best choice for the loaded conductive coating material.
