摘要

介绍了国内某高端品牌绿色标杆工厂针对前处理电泳生产线多项清洁生产技术综合应用案例.通过分析生产过程资源消耗和废物排放,提出前处理电泳生产线资源零消耗、废物零排放,提升经济效益的综合解决对策,对涂装生产线工艺规划、节能减排设计具有一定指导意义.

Abstract

The comprehensive application and analysis of PT and ED line clean production solution in a world top vehicle brand painting workshop were introduced.By analyzing variable source utilization input and output,waste emission production application data,the solution of"zero consuming and waste"concept was introduced and economic benefits were analyzed.It has a certain guiding significance to the coating production line process planning,energy saving and emission reduction design.
